The Interior of the house is elegantly designed and offers a fully-equipped kitchen, and a pool table to entertain family and friends. Villa Egretta can accommodate up to 8 guests. The home offers 2 king, 1 Queen, and two twin beds in the den with a total of 5 TVs including the living room. Sit in the back covered patio with your drink of choice and utilize the pool at your convenience. Large outdoor space to view the beautiful views.
A crib and highchair are provided upon request.
Please note: The $800 security deposit is required. The electric fee of $0.23 / kWh will be charged based on the usage during your stay. As per local ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacation homes in Cape Coral is 7 nights. Two children up to age 12 are free. Please let us know before you book online.
